#MyHeartIsMyHome

All of our lives have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and our subsequent quarantine. We can imagine some of you may be feeling a bit restless and confined at the moment but remember – home is where the heart is. Let’s try to make the best of the current situation and have some fun with our families!

Drawing plays a big role in our children’s cognitive development. It can help individuals learn to write and think creatively, develop hand-eye coordination, hone analytic skills, and conceptualize ideas.

We know everyone in particular – children have a lot of free time on their hands right now. This feels like a great opportunity to keep our children engaged and get creative! However, with that being said we are opening up this contest to everyone in the event parents want to get creative and put their skills to the test as well.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

  • Take a picture of the front of your house

  • Then sketch the picture with pencils, colored pencils, markers, or pastels

  • Post your sketch and image of your house to social media using the hashtag #MYHEARTISMYHOME and tag @steven_mueller_architects on Instagram

Get Inspired

Three winners will be announced on April 30th and receive a special prize. All the drawings submitted will be posted on our blog.
